Abstract

During the 32 years since the restoration of state independence, the Republic of Azerbaijan has become one of the rapidly developing countries in the world, which has achieved great achievements in the economic and social spheres. Economic reforms implemented in the republic, legal and democratic state building, development of foreign relations based on reliable partnership and cooperation are undoubtedly indicators of the great success of Azerbaijan's state strategy. At the same time, it should be noted that the intellectual capital of the country and the education system closely related to it play a major role in the foundation of these successes. Today, the education system in Azerbaijan is a state policy that is subordinated to a special strategy and preserves previous traditions and practices. The correct construction of this strategy plays the role of a basis for the continuation of those traditions on a scientific basis in the later stages, and at the same time for adapting them according to modern requirements.
