Abstract

Literature is a great force in proving and showing the truths of life. The main task of literature, which is the vitality of the people's consciousness and its national-spiritual life, is to transform events into ideas, to have a great impact on feelings and ideas. The great leader approached literature from the point of view of state interests. Azerbaijani language, literature, cultural and moral values are the main sources, artistic and philosophical sources of the Azerbaijani philosophy of the national leader, the national and state ideology of independent Azerbaijan. Heydar Aliyev's nationalism policy in literature included issues such as nationalism, patriotism, deep respect for traditions, expansion of the position of the mother tongue, and so on. As in all spheres of public life, achievements in the field of literature and culture, state attention and care for outstanding intellectuals are connected with the name of National leader Heydar Aliyev. appreciates. It is an undeniable fact that he is a rare personality for the entire Turkic world and the Muslim world.
