H.Z. TAĞIYEVIN “NEFT SƏNAYESI BÖHRANINDAN NECƏ ÇIXMALI?” LAYIHƏSİ HAQQINDA

Abstract

The article is devoted to Н.Z. Tagiev's proposals regarding the elimination of the crisis that occurred in the oil industry in the 80s. XIX century, under the title of the report project "How to get out of the oil crisis?". The report was heard at a meeting held on January 11, 1886 in the Baku branch of the Russian Technical Society, and was recommended for publication in the form of a separate brochure. The report clearly points out the causes of the crisis in the oil business, the regulation of the kerosene trade, the expansion of the overseas demand market, and the importance of paying attention to the production of quality kerosene that can compete with the Americans in European markets. H.Z. Tagiyev meant the only way out of the crisis in the creation of a professional trade partnership or association that determines the annual processing of kerosene among breeders. H.Z. Tagiyev was convinced that the only way out of the crisis was to create a trading partnership or association, which determined the annual processing of kerosene among the breeders. In his report, the author also clarified the issue of pumping oil through pipelines.
