In this regard, the article discusses permissible concentrations of heavy metals in food products and food raw materials, the amount of nutrients contained in food products, classification of food products by quality, the nature and importance of surrogates that replace natural food products, food products included in mandatory certification, the importance of food in work, the physiology of work, the comparative characteristics of the energy expended during work and the changes occurring in the body are studied.en_US
